Weekend Wrap It Up...

It was another crazy weekend... but for sooo many reasons you don't even know. Friday I went to a nice little dinner at Sals with my friend D, we split a bottle of wine. That was supposed to be the end. However, some of Drew's friends were at the Ginger Man... so we went there for a couple beers. That was also supposed to be the end. My roommate showed up and we decided we needed some grapevine action. So we headed to the G-vine for some late night fun times.

Saturday was the big Cystic Fibrosis Pub Crawl. I put a team together with 9 other folks:

As you can see, we dressed up in crazy hats and mustaches. Which made us a reasonably big hit amongst the other crawlers. I was lucky enough to be Robin Hood and at one point i got to be a cowboy (the 5 things listed on my sleeve are the bars we went to, in a particular order).

I did some long pour chugging, which was interesting...

And i got a little wet...

Apparently I ate some candy off a girls candy necklace.... GROSS!

By the end of the crawl... apparently i was a liar that knows gang signs with pizza sauce on my shirt

All in all, we had an awesome time that i recommend to anyone and everyone. We had several crazy chugging contests and lots of people loving the staches.

Later that night my roommate and I had a party at our place for his bday. We ended up staying up forever, and i had a little too much to drink. My drunk hula hoop skills entertained people for a while. All in all, good times.

Next post will contain pics from miami a few weeks ago... wait for it.

Hmmm, well at least it was for a good cause! :-)
And just how long will we have to wait for these pictures?

Hope your week is going well!

Hey,

My name is Ashley and I randomly came across this blog about the pub crawl. My bro organized a lot of this event and this is the first thing I have seen in which the pub crawl was mentioned. Looks like it was a blast and very successful! Many thanks for putting a team together and for helping to raise money for CF! We CF patients appreciate it more than you will ever know!!!!
