The Government is Sliding

This morning I read in the paper that the other night when Tax papers were due at midnight, people who chose to file online had some problems. Wah. Turbo Tax said they were receiving over 60 files per second and this caused there system to come to an almost halt and caused many people to be late. Turbo Tax informed the IRS of this, and they extended the deadline until the next day.

Are you kidding? That is ridiculous. I know I made sound crazy, but these people have had well over two months to do there taxes. It's not Turbo Taxs' fault or the IRS's fault, it's the person filing that should have done this a lot earlier. I just can't understand why people put this off until the last minute. Everyone knows that Post Offices are crazy (according to a fellow blogger i learned this is true) and that the Internet doesn't always work (someone needs to get Al Gore to work on that, because his global warming shpeel isn't inspiring enough people).

Spladow!! *

Today is kind of really sad day for me. On my flight home tonight, I will be sitting in a middle seat. I'm really confused as to how this happened and throughout the day I will be attempting to get that fixed. I must have been drunk when i booked the flight, because i know there were aisle/window seats available. This will be the first time I have ever sat in the middle in the past 16 months and I've been on well over 125 flights. I'm scared. Hopefully I will have decent smelling, slim, non-talking, non-snoring, non-baby/toddler, nice person next to me. Wait for it.

Hmmmm, I mailed my taxes in on Tuesday...does that make me a procrastinator? I actually don't think I am, I do this every year because I want to keep my money from the government as long as possible (I owed about $450 this year).
How's the training coming?
